1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RFPClarify service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RFPClarify is an AI-powered software-as-a-service platform designed to assist businesses in drafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The Service uses artificial intelligence to parse documents and generate text based on user-provided data.

3. User Responsibilities & AI Output

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload and the final proposals you submit. RFPClarify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses. You must review and edit all AI-generated content before submitting it to any third party. RFPClarify is a tool to assist human writers, not a replacement for professional judgment.

4. Subscription & Payments

The Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data Ownership & Security

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the responses you generate. We do not use your proprietary data to train our AI models. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
